**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Answering inbound calls from customers about our products and services
* Understanding and applying policies and procedures used for daily operations
* Taking accountability for customer satisfaction with a highly professional demeanor
* Demonstrating a strong phone presence while assisting customers with less than perfect credit
* Achieving high satisfaction on customer surveys

**Compensation and Benefits:**
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
* Base wage starting at $17-$18.90/hour, with opportunities to increase take-home pay
* Top 75% of associates eligible for incentives
* Career path from Associate I to Associate IV, with each step earning an increase in pay
* Earn up to an additional $3.50/hour when working non-traditional hours
* Bilingual skills compensated in the form of a 10% differential

**What We're Looking For:**
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) a plus
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong phone presence and customer service skills
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
