As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and their customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Receive English inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to resolve issues and provide updates
* Answer questions from English customers and forward messages to clients in a timely and efficient manner
* Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics to ensure exceptional customer service
* Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
* Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* English language proficiency required for this position
* Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objectives
* Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environment
* Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
* Goal-oriented with professional work ethics
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Previous Customer Service experience (1 year preferred)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Customer Service experience in a call center environment
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools

* Work from home in a quiet, dedicated space with a high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)
