**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. You'll maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to confidently assist customers and promote sales. You'll also provide support as a go-to administrative resource for the sales team, including managing general sales mailboxes, providing responses to website inquiries, and maintaining a professional customer service attitude.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
* Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to confidently assist customers and promote sales
* Provide support as a go-to administrative resource for the sales team, including:
+ Managing general sales mailboxes
+ Providing responses to website inquiries
+ Maintaining a professional customer service attitude
+ Entering leads for sales team
+ Providing quotes through CRM for prospective customers (phone calls, email, or website)
+ Following up on purchase orders
* Process returns and orders by following documented process
* Communicate regularly with each sales team member and the training department to assist with pending projects, customer issues, and projects
* Pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls
* Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest for upsells
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, military veteran, or relevant experience
* Minimum of 2 years of experience with NetSuite
* Minimum of 3 years in a sales or sales support role in related industries (product sales to Government, military, first responders, and/or CBRN industry)
* Excellent communication, business writing, time management, and project management skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
* Strong understanding of CRM software and its applications
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
