Our company culture is built on the principles of teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative on our Shell team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, operating a cash register and lottery machine, tracking inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store and parking lot. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** * Provides fast, friendly customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. * Operates a cash register and lottery machine, accurately processing transactions and handling customer payments. * Tracks inventory in cigarettes and lottery tickets, ensuring accurate counts and minimizing losses. * Cleans store and parking lot as needed, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers. * Processes vendor deliveries and replenishes store product, ensuring timely and accurate restocking. * Completes daily paperwork, accurately accounting for all transactions and maintaining accurate records. **Requirements** * Minimum age of 18 years old * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Physical dexterity required, with the ability to move up to 50 lbs. from one area to another * Ability to operate a computerized POS system * Basic math skills and written/verbal skills * Enthusiasm and team player attitude * Commitment to excellent customer service and a positive work environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment * Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures and inventory management * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Basic math skills and attention to detail * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move around the store and parking lot * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and careers.
