**Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – HVAC and Plumbing Industry**

Our commitment to exceptional customer service has been the driving force behind our success, and we're now seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. **Job Role** As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. Your daily duties will include: * Maintaining our customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information * Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and resolve any issues * Routing technicians based on location to ensure timely and efficient service delivery * Maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team * Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer complaints and concerns **Schedule** Our Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will have a flexible schedule that includes: * Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) * Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Previous call center experience (at least one year) * The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle high call volumes and interact with customers and technicians * The ability to work independently as well as within a team environment * Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia * Accurate documentation skills to update customer information in our customer database (Service Titan) **Remote Work Requirements** As a remote worker, you'll need to provide: * High-speed internet access * A quiet workspace with minimal background noise **arenaflex Benefits and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
