**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing fast, friendly service to customers, assessing their needs, and recommending products to meet their requirements
* Learning about products using our tools and providing information to customers to sell an entire project
* Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing every customer in your department
* Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
* Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty
* Working in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments
* Adhering to sales processes and procedures to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer interactions

* Building Materials

* Electrical

**Essential Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
