Our innovative work environment is built on a foundation of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning, where each team member's contributions are recognized and valued. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Advocate, you'll be responsible for: * Managing and overseeing incoming customer support inquiries via phone and email, addressing remote support, on-site service, parts and quote requests, or general product questions. * Analyzing customer challenges and delivering effective solutions utilizing documented guidelines, available tools, and your product insights. * Resolving customer concerns in real-time, ensuring a clear communication of resolutions and obtaining customer confirmation prior to closing support tickets. * Diligently documenting all support actions within our CRM system.
