We're a company that values teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Support Expert at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Product Expertise**: Become an expert in our premium outdoor saunas and cold plunge tubs, helping customers understand the technical details and benefits of our luxury products. You will provide thorough information to guide customers from purchase to their first use. * **Technical Support**: Offer top-tier support by troubleshooting customer issues and offering technical assistance related to product setup, operation, and maintenance. Ensure that customers are confident and satisfied with their purchase. * **Customer Journey Support**: Support our customers throughout their entire experience—after purchase, through delivery, and all the way to their first use. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve challenges, and ensure that every interaction reflects the high standard of our luxury brand. * **Seamless Delivery Experience**: Coordinate closely with our warehouse, shipping partners, and product teams to ensure timely, efficient, and hassle-free delivery. Follow up with customers to confirm successful installation and satisfaction with their purchase. * **Problem Solving**: Approach challenging customer situations with a problem-solving mindset, providing quick and effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. You will become a key part of ensuring that every arenaflex customer has an exceptional experience. * **Customer First Attitude**: Maintain a customer-first attitude in all interactions, acting as a representative of arenaflex by delivering empathetic, professional, and personalized service. **What You'll Need for the Role** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * **Previous experience in customer support or technical service roles**: You'll have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment. * **GED or High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred)**: You'll have a solid educational foundation and a strong understanding of customer service principles. * **Excellent communication and relationship-building skills**: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and build strong relationships. * **Strong written and verbal communication skills**: You'll be able to write clear and concise emails, messages, and other communication to customers and colleagues. * **Comfortable learning and using software applications required for customer support**: You'll be able to learn and use our customer support software and other tools to provide exceptional service. * **Regular and reliable attendance**: You'll be able to attend work regularly and maintain a high level of attendance to meet the needs of our customers. **Work Schedule** As an Experienced Customer Support Expert at arenaflex, you'll work a standard 40-hour workweek, with the following schedule: * **5 days per week**: You'll work Monday through Friday, with some flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed. * **7am-5pm**: You'll work standard business hours, with some flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed. * **Weekends**: You'll work from home on weekends, with some flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed. **Work Location** As an Experienced Customer Support Expert at arenaflex, you'll work from our office location at 20730 72nd Ave S, Kent, WA 98032, with some flexibility to work from home on weekends. **Compensation** As an Experienced Customer Support Expert at arenaflex, you'll receive a competitive compensation package, including: * **Base Hourly Rate**: $30 per hour, plus performance incentives. * **On-Target Earnings (OTE)**: $70,000 per year. * **Benefits**: Comprehensive health benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life coverage, and short-term disability. * **401k Match**: arenaflex matches 401k contributions to help you save for retirement. * **Catered lunch**: You'll enjoy catered lunch on Mondays and Wednesdays. * **Paid time off**: You'll receive paid vacation and sick days. * **Dynamic and supportive work culture**: You'll be part of a team that values teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction. **Industry** arenaflex operates in the Retail Health and Personal Care Products industry, providing luxury outdoor saunas and cold plunge tubs to customers across the country. **Employment Type** This is a full-time position, with a standard 40-hour workweek. **Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to providing a diverse and inclusive work environment.
