About the Role As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and guidance as they use our video streaming solutions. Key Responsibilities - Provide accurate and personalized communication to arenaflex users through live chat, email, and social media in a timely manner, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively. - Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the video and streaming world, enabling you to provide expert solutions to our customers and help them achieve their goals. - Contribute to your ongoing learning and the success of your team by participating in experimentation efforts across the team, driving meaningful improvements to the customer experience and helping to shape the future of our products. - Act as an advocate for arenaflex, sharing product knowledge with customers to foster engagement and loyalty to our brand, and providing feedback to our product and sales teams to improve our offerings and drive growth. - Pass customer feedback onto the relevant teams, ensuring that our customers' voices are heard and that we are continually improving and evolving to meet their needs. What We Look for in a Candidate To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our values and mission. These include: - Experience in streaming with arenaflex or similar video streaming platforms, with a deep understanding of the technical and creative aspects of video content creation. - Knowledge of how to go live to an RTMP or sites such as Facebook, X, Instagram, or Twitch, and the ability to troubleshoot common issues and provide expert solutions. - Experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing outstanding customer support experiences and a keen interest in delivering exceptional service. - Proficiency in both verbal and written English language, with an additional language such as Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German being a plus. - Experience using a Help Desk platform, such as Intercom, Zendesk, Freshworks, etc., and the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies. - Ability to multitask and handle multiple client conversations simultaneously, with a strong focus on attention to detail and a commitment to resolving issues efficiently. - Resourcefulness, flexibility, and a willingness to hold yourself accountable, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. - Availability to work assigned shift rotations as needed, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities. Work Schedule The typical work schedule for this role is 5 PM - 2 AM UTC, with days off on Monday and Tuesday. However, please note that this schedule may be subject to change, and you may be required to work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our global customer base.
