This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth and development. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to customers and partners through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and visits, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty. * Onboard and train new support experts, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of all tools, resources, and processes to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. * Communicate directly with customers to work with statements and close deals, driving business growth and revenue. * Report customer interactions using electronic software tools and ensure start-to-finish support, research, and follow-up are completed to guarantee best efforts in matching between professional exchange organizations and customers. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports** * This position reports to a Manager, Customer Care. * This position has no immediate reports. **Travel Requirements** * Occasionally requires travel under 10% of the time. **Physical Requirements** * Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, and there is frequent opportunity to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light articles. **Working Conditions** * Located in a comfortable indoor area.
