**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates
* Communicating promptly and effectively to resolve client inquiries and concerns
* Answering basic client questions about nutrition, health, fitness, and the DEXA technology
* Assisting event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as well as internal triaging of issues
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases as needed
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous, extensive Customer Service experience, preferably in a health and wellness or related field
* Strong knowledge of customer-centric principles, CX KPIs, and processes
* Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Passion for health and wellness, with a desire to make a positive impact
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
**Schedule and Work Environment**
This is a 5-day a week, fully remote position, with scheduled hours as follows:
* Sunday and Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST
* Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST
* First two weeks of training: Monday to Friday
* Sundays are mandatory
* Wednesdays and Saturdays are off
* Schedule is subject to change to accommodate business needs (ample notice provided)
**Compensation and Benefits**
