**Job Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including:
* Processing fortnightly and semi-monthly payrolls
* Managing all new employee records, including terminations, salary increases, and direct deposits
* Reviewing and verifying source reports and financial documents for accuracy
* Resolving issues and discrepancies
* Providing exceptional customer service to our employees and management team
* Preparing manual checks as required
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of three years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Experience with Ultipro is an asset
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
