**Job Summary**
We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work-from-home capacity. As a Ramp and Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for above and below-wing tasks, including customer interactions and ramp operations. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a flexible schedule, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist customers with their travel needs (e.g., responding to inquiries, handling baggage, checking-in travelers and loading flights) in a fast-paced environment.
* Work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing below-wing tasks (e.g., transporting luggage and freight, stacking and offloading equipment and freight, airplane marshaling, pushing back the airplane and airplane deicing).
* Perform airplane prepping and security checks.
* Conduct boarding and door duties (e.g., assisting and coordinating customers, making announcements, processing boarding passes and upgrade requests).
* Process and secure customer baggage. Record and maintain baggage claims as necessary, including lost, delayed, and pilfered items.
* Load and unload baggage and freight using conveyor belts.
* At the discretion of management, may be assigned to perform tasks of varying complexity to ensure total customer satisfaction.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
**Work-Specific Experience, Education, and Skills**
* Required:
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to multitask in a high-speed environment.
+ Valid driver's license.
+ Ability to learn and work a modernized reservation system.
+ Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
+ Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.
+ Ability to stand for extended periods.
+ Ability to twist, stoop, squat, reach, and handle.
+ Ability to perform basic math.
+ Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
+ Ability to participate in paid training that may require temporary travel.
+ Depending on the work location, ability to obtain USPS Mail Handling Certification.
+ Ability to acquire airport security status.
+ Ability to communicate in English.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Minimum age of 18.
+ Ability to work in the U.S.
* Preferred:
+ At least 1 year of customer service or community service experience.

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Starting rate: USD $20.00/Hr.
