**Position Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote work setting. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits, and eligibility, PPO participation, and other related inquiries

**Essential Qualifications**
* Call center and medical terminology/insurance experience
* Experience working in a production environment
* Computer savvy with excellent multi-tasking skills
* Results-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
* High school diploma or equivalent required
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance concepts
* Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
