We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our vibrant remote office. As a seasoned professional, you'll be at the forefront of client interactions, providing assistance via phone, SMS, chat, and email. Your expertise will help our clients navigate our comprehensive health and wellness platform, address their concerns, and achieve their goals.
**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling daily phone, chat, and email customer service requests originating from customers and teammates
* Communicating promptly and effectively to resolve client inquiries and concerns
* Answering basic client questions about nutrition, health, fitness, and the DEXA technology
* Assisting event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as well as internal triaging of issues
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues and improve overall customer experience
**Requirements**
* This is a 5-day a week fully remote position with scheduled hours:
+ Sunday and Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST
+ Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST
+ First two weeks of training: Monday to Friday
+ Sundays are mandatory
+ Wednesdays and Saturdays off
+ Schedule is subject to change to accommodate business needs (ample notice provided)
* Previous, extensive Customer Service experience required
* Passion for health and wellness is a must!
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Expected first-year compensation at over $22/hour or $45,760 annually, including monthly bonuses
* The starting base rate for this role is $22/hour
* Full-time team members receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team revenue and individual performance goals
* All team members, regardless of status or position, are eligible for stock option grants, which are awarded based on performance annually
* We expect both hourly and bonus compensation to grow as the company grows
* All base wages are adjusted for inflation and cost of living changes
