We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in California. As a key member of our E-Commerce Analytics team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and optimizing our digital systems. **What Will You Be Doing?**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for guiding our E-Commerce Analytics team in driving business growth and optimizing our digital systems. You'll provide ongoing reporting and analysis, leveraging data from our website and mobile apps to inform business decisions and optimize our virtual systems. You'll work closely with key stakeholders across departments, including Product, Revenue Analytics, Marketing, Ancillaries, and IT, to deliver timely and accurate insights and ensure that our systems are optimized for success.
**Essential Functions**
* Translate data into actionable insights to drive growth across E-Commerce, Acquisition, and Retention
* Translate data into easily interpretable formats, including dashboards and control reports, to inform business decisions and prioritize initiatives in the Product Organization
* Leverage multiple reporting tools and syndicated intelligence to identify trends and competitive happenings
* Conduct error analysis of all virtual products
* Conduct ad-hoc projects, reviews, and analyses as directed by senior management
* Assist with data requirements for key projects
* Continuously evaluate reporting effectiveness, evolve current reports, and identify opportunities to automate and improve data collection and reporting processes
**Present data in a clear and concise manner to leaders and provide insights or feedback**
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity through weekly data acquisition, processing, cleaning, and auditing
* Partner with the Product team and IT to ensure business needs are met through well-maintained data architecture and mapping for seamless data flows
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders within and outside the organization
* Assist in growing junior team members across the Revenue Analytics, Pricing, and Revenue Management teams to deepen the team's collective skillset and enhance overall performance around E-Commerce and all Digital Products
* Lead change across the organization by enhancing directly owned methods and taking initiative to champion cross-functional opportunities
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
* 3-5 years of experience in E-Commerce and Digital Analytics, with a proven track record of delivering value through data-driven decisions
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Inclined to resolve problems, own resolutions, and step up in leadership vacuums
* Google Analytics Certifications are highly preferred
* Previous experience in the airline industry is a plus
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
* Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4 preferred
* Experience with Google Tag Manager
* Experience with other reporting and error analysis tools, including Content Square, Dynatrace, and Noibu
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with experience organizing tips in these areas for others
* Strong experience in private duty concerning decision-making and maintaining stakeholder relationships
* Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
* Ability to anticipate challenges and look to proactively head off obstacles
* Knowledge of coding and design best practices is a plus
* Experience in Azure Dev Ops is a plus
