**Job Summary:**
arenaflex is seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Analyst to join our Platform Services & Operations group in Core OS. As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you'll be responsible for designing and expanding critical workflow tooling at scale, enabling teams to deliver high-quality software through exceptional engineering experiences, green workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will help us deliver valuable information and insights, and collaborate with partners across the organization to drive workflow initiatives forward.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design and develop workflow tooling at scale, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize workflow improvements, driving business outcomes through data-driven insights
* Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress towards goals
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders
* Work closely with Data Scientists and Engineers to develop and refine workflow analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making
* Iterate on dashboard design, gathering feedback from stakeholders and iterating on design to ensure optimal user experience
* Characterize the current state of the workflow, profiling complex systems, identifying areas for improvement, and developing targeted solutions
* Identify opportunities for process improvements, working closely with stakeholders to drive change and implement new workflows
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
* Strong understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
* Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, driving business outcomes through data-driven decision-making
* Advanced Tableau developer skills, with experience in data visualization and dashboard design
* Strong SQL skills, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development
* Experience in software development, including data pipeline construction, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport
* Product ownership experience, with a strong understanding of key performance indicators and the ability to drive business outcomes through analytics
* Project management experience, with a strong understanding of planning and executing efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
