**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data team, you'll be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our data scientists, engineers, and product managers to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Run unconditional exploratory data analysis to identify novel insights and opportunities
* Plan and run A/B tests of our latest suggestion algorithms
* Proactively monitor our suggestion models to identify potential issues, determine underlying drivers, and resolve
* Develop new tools that enable us to be more efficient and productive
* Work closely and build effective relationships with our product, engineering, and AI partners
* Communicate key findings and recommendations to cross-functional senior leaders across the organization
**What You'll Need**
* Investigation or Information Science experience with e-commerce organizations is a plus
* In-depth experience with SQL (total capabilities, query optimization, stored procedures, string parsing, Vertica/Hive/Voila/Flash, etc.)
* In-depth experience with Python and Python libraries (Jupyter notebook, libraries, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.)
* Experience with experiment design (A/B tests) and statistical analysis to drive business navigation, highly preferred
* Experience and knowledge using AI algorithms/methods (decision trees, random forests, deep learning, etc.) within a business setting, highly preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication with a collaborative attitude, highly cooperative demeanor
* Ability to collaborate and proactively communicate with partners
* Demonstrated history of taking ownership and driving results. Thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Strong business acumen, scientific abilities, and technical skills alongside critical thinking abilities
