**Job Summary:**
arenaflex is urgently hiring an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our team. As a key member of our OPR Examination Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team's work to transform an organization of thousands of individual merchant organizations into an impeccable tasks organization. You will work closely with our innovation partners to develop cutting-edge tools that providers will use to execute functional high-value activities. Your primary responsibility will be to decide the right advances and ensure that we've built the right devices that address our providers' requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Foster factual and logical models to help cross-functional drives
* Collaborate and partner intimately with Information Arrangements, Information Representation, and others to ensure adaptable rollout of proposals
* Use data engineering and data science methods to bring answers to difficult questions into scope
* Be the informed authority for data, analysis, and perception within the Worldwide Tasks or Store network association to ensure accurate and appropriate translation of core business metrics and customer behavior
* Support wide improvement drives across thousands of providers to improve efficiency and visibility across the store network for our provider partners
* Analyze key performance metrics to identify driver performance issues and drive change
* Continuously convey performance patterns and upgrades to senior management and leadership
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Systems, Economics, Management, Sociology, or other quantitative discipline field
* Experience in a quantitative, business intelligence, data science, or engineering job performing quantitative analysis is an asset
* Active experience leading quantitative analyses on large datasets; expertise with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.), and structured programming languages (Python, R)
* Proficient knowledge of SQL (TSQL, Google BigQuery, and Vertica incl. aggregate functions, joins, etc.)
* Familiarity with various data representation tools (Tableau/Looker/DataStudio) is an asset
* High attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
* Solution-oriented, collaborative, and inquisitive attitude
* Strong written and verbal communication with a collaborative person highly cooperative disposition
* Experience in delivering successful projects start to finish on time
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in a quantitative discipline field
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, D3.js)
* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
* Experience with agile development methodologies
