**Job Summary:**
As a full stack data scientist at arenaflex, you will collaborate with business partners to develop analytics strategies that address business priorities. You will own and manage an analytics workstream, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products. You will use robust data in algorithms and predictive models to advocate approaches, identify trends, and propose solutions to complex business problems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with business partners to develop analytics strategies that address business priorities
* Own and manage an analytics workstream, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to build end-to-end analytical products
* Use robust data in algorithms and predictive models to advocate approaches, identify trends, and propose solutions to complex business problems
* Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to resolve multiple and/or complex business problems using advanced statistical methods and mathematical analyses
* Develop and participate in presentations and consultations to present and discuss analytics results and solutions
* Use robust programming skills to explore, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various forms
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and analytics
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 3+ years of relevant analytic experience
* Experience programming using R or Python
* Experience in SQL
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Data, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related field
* Master's degree or PhD preferred
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical ideas and implications to business partners
* Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur
* Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to research large data sets from multiple data sources
* Demonstrates skill ability in most areas of mathematical evaluation methods, system learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling, with in-depth specialization in some areas
