We're seeking an experienced Full Stack IT Manager to join our Windows Server OS team at arenaflex. As a key member of our IT Regulatory group, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 10+ technical specialists, overseeing server relationships in a virtualized environment, and ensuring the highest level of uptime, quality, security, and performance. **Responsibilities:**
* Lead a team of technical specialists in providing 24x7 operational support for the Windows Server infrastructure
* Oversee server relationships, perform system maintenance, and support the Windows Server operating system across the organization
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination of efforts
* Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction
* Foster a culture of innovation, trust, and open communication within the team and across the organization
* Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members to ensure their growth and development

**Requirements:**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Windows Server OS teams with 10+ technical specialists
* 2 years of experience in IT support with a focus on VMware, SCCM, Infobot, and other related technologies
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with hazardous client support and complex task management
* Business acumen, data analysis, and ability to develop business cases and manager diagrams
* Experience working in an enterprise support environment (e.g., NOC, ITOC, SOC)
* Familiarity with arenaflex's core business processes, including appearing, stockroom activities, store intrigue, and company perspectives
* Strong tendency towards technical or programming skills
