**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering an exceptional customer experience to our clients and customers. You'll be responsible for providing technical support, managing customer accounts, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. **Responsibilities**
* Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, ensuring that customers have a seamless and positive experience with arenaflex
* Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
* Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide innovative solutions
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of customer service
* Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
* Meet or exceed performance and attendance-based incentives, contributing to the success of arenaflex
**Requirements**
* 18 years of age or older
* Complete Background check and drug test within 3 days
* Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
* Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
* Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
* Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
* Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
* NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites
* NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders
**Qualifications**
* Moderate to Advanced computer skills
* High level of comfort learning new technology
* High level of professionalism
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable working from home
* Self-motivated and success-driven
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role (not required)
* Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act (not required)
* Previous experience in a Call Center (not required)
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (not required)
* Spanish Bilingual, a plus
