**Job Summary**
As a Translation Program Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the translation and localization of arenaflex's customer service content, ensuring that our global customers receive high-quality support in their native languages. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, translation vendors, and project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for localization.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive daily translation/localization requests from internal team and stakeholders, and prioritize projects based on business requirements and deadlines.
* Create and manage translation projects in the arenaflex Translation Management System (ATMS) by outsourcing to vendors, and coordinate project delivery timelines based on project volumes and translation/review process needs.
* Troubleshoot issues or questions regarding target audience, file type, and business requirements, and respond to linguistic queries from translation vendors.
* Request feedback from internal stakeholders and coordinate with vendors for implementation, and use project management methodology to plan, scope, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that translation projects meet business requirements and customer needs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and status.
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in project management and localization, with a strong background in translation and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
* Excellent business communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, translation vendors, and project teams.
* Experience working in a global, cross-functional, multilingual team, with a strong understanding of cultural and linguistic nuances.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business requirements and deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Proven ability to learn new software, concepts, and processes, with a strong willingness to adapt to changing business requirements and technologies.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on business requirements and deadlines.
* Ability to work independently with little oversight, with a strong sense of accountability and a willingness to take ownership of projects and tasks.
