We believe in investing in our employees and providing opportunities for growth and development. **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns. * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise. * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate. * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * Providing feedback on call issues. * Upselling if required. **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
