This position requires a strong skillset in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication. You'll work independently, resolving issues from various regions within the company, reconciling eligibility among systems, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve green resolutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency * Resolve problems and discrepancies in eligibility records, working closely with internal and external stakeholders * Reconcile eligibility among systems, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency * Monitor and track records, identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate * Collaborate with various departments to resolve complex problems and achieve green resolutions * Develop and maintain shared mailboxes and work queues, ensuring efficient communication and task management * Analyze and resolve errors from multiple reports, providing timely and accurate solutions **Required Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and entry, preferably in a healthcare setting * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project * Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills * High School Diploma or equivalent **Preferred Qualifications** * Healthcare industry experience * Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, health information management) **Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports the well-being of our employees and their families.
