**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As a remote worker, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their needs in a timely and professional manner
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their interaction
* Utilize our systems and tools to access customer information, update account details, and resolve customer issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
* Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Proficient in computer software applications, including CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office
* Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
* Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download/15 Mbps upload speed
* Quiet workspace, ergonomic chair, and desk
* Must be able to pass a background check

* Windows 10 or above
* Intel Skylake i3 (2015) or AMD Zen Ryzen (2017) or better processor
* 8GB RAM or better
* Direct Ethernet connection
* Consistent 50/10 Mbps Internet connection
* Two monitors (a television screen will work as a 2nd monitor)
* Ergonomic keyboard and mouse
