**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Consultant (ISR) to join our team in the United Kingdom. As an ISR, you'll be responsible for promoting our advertising and marketing services to local businesses across the UK and Canada. Your primary goal will be to hit and exceed monthly sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Train, strategize, and efficiently promote arenaflex's advertising programs through a high volume of outbound sales calls – this role is 100% phone-based.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities, with a focus on small local businesses such as dentists, florists, and restaurant owners.
• Manage a pipeline of clients using our CRM (Salesforce) and adapt to changing customer needs and preferences.
• Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's advertising solutions and product features, and effectively communicate these to customers.
• Overcome customer objections and rejection, and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to achieve daily goals.
**What It Takes to Succeed**
• GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• No fear of the smartphone and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong computer and email skills, with experience using Google Suite and a MacBook computer.
• A distraction-free work environment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Potential to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Must possess current US sales authorization.
