Our team of experts is passionate about technology and committed to delivering exceptional service. **Responsibilities and Duties** As an IT Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing technical expertise and support to customers through live chat, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience * Demonstrating a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as competitor offerings * Analyzing customer needs and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure expertise and knowledge remain current * Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions, even in stressful situations **Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in technical support and customer service * Familiarity with large corporate or hospital IT systems, as well as top operating systems and brand environments * A passion for helping others with complex technical issues and a willingness to learn and adapt * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner * Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate effectively in text form * A strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a remote environment **Compensation and Perks** As an IT Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you can expect: * A competitive hourly rate of $18-$22 per hour, based on experience and skill set * Performance-based rewards redeemable for product and/or gift cards * Insider information from arenaflex about new product launches and events * Immediate start upon completion of onboarding * A remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection **Technology Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A desktop or laptop with Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time) * A stable internet connection with a minimum of 10mbps * Reliable sound output, either through built-in computer speakers or third-party speakers or headsets **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
