**Training and Requirements**
As a remote team member, you'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training via Zoom, covering:
* arenaflex's products and services
* Customer service best practices
* Chat software and tools
* Time management and productivity techniques
To ensure your success, you'll need:
* A reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
* A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between 11:00 am-7:30 pm EDT
* A typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred
