**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our part-time team. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing positive customer service, technical expertise, and empathy to customers during the claim process. You'll work remotely from your home office, choosing from a variety of shifts to suit your schedule. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs
* Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process
* Collecting and documenting all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
* Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions
* Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
* Maintaining punctuality and reliability, with availability for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations
* Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage
**Required Skills and Abilities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Language skills: ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, write routine correspondence, and provide feedback verbally and in writing in a positive, professional manner
* Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
* Computer skills: knowledge of basic computer functions, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to type at least 40wpm
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
* 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred
**Network Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and secure remote work experience, you'll need:
* A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps (tested using www.speedtest.net)
* An Ethernet connection is not required, but strongly recommended
* A private network, not a public location
* No VPNs allowed, as logins must happen in the US
