**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Part-Time Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, both in-person and remotely. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve customer issues, and to develop and implement solutions that meet their needs. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional support to customers, both in-person and remotely, to resolve issues and answer questions
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve customer issues, and to develop and implement solutions that meet their needs
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and to develop and implement solutions that meet their needs
* Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and best practices
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and services that meet customer needs
* Provide input and feedback on customer-facing materials and processes to ensure they meet customer needs and expectations
**Essential Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
* At least one quarter or semester of school remaining after completion of the part-time position
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for technology and customer satisfaction, with a desire to make a real impact
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop solutions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in customer support or a related field
* Technical certification in Cloud (e.g. Azure) or Change Management (e.g. Prosci)
* Strong knowledge of software development and testing methodologies
* Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools
* Strong understanding of customer needs and expectations, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
