As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches, proposing new alternatives to identify candidates, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for our open searches. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
* Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them
* Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
* Collaborate with multicultural teams to drive our growth and success
**What We're Looking For:**
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
* Marked attention to detail in daily work
* 1+ previous work experience (a plus)
* Advanced English level
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
