About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for resolving complex consumer issues, advising first-level representatives on high-level issues, and providing support to policyholders with billing questions and concerns. Key Responsibilities - Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues - Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns - Provide support to policyholders with any policy changes requested - Support policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary - Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines Qualifications and Requirements We are looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 6 months of customer service experience - Be over 18 years of age - Ability to type 25 wpm - High School Graduate or GED - Comfort with desktop computer systems - Proven oral and written communication skills - Logical problem-solving skills - Availability to work various shifts - Ability to use Windows operating systems - Organization and work prioritization skills - 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred Work from Home Requirements To work from home, you will need to meet the following internet requirements: - Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps - Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps - ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms - Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN - Proof of internet speed required - Clean and quiet workspace Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing a workplace that is conducive to happiness and a healthy work-life balance.
