As a Premium Audit Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating all communication activities related to S&S premium audits. Our most valuable asset is our people, with over 2000 employees in locations throughout the United States. **Key Responsibilities** As a Premium Audit Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding premium audit inquiries and issues * Responding to phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate and detailed information * Explaining audit processes, findings, and recommendations to clients in a clear and understandable manner * Completing Non-Compliant Audit communications to the insured/business partners to gather premium audit documentation * Coordinating communication between clients and the premium audit team to ensure smooth and efficient audit processes * Assisting auditors in gathering necessary information and documentation from clients * Scheduling and confirming audit appointments, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared * Maintaining accurate records of all communications and interactions with clients * Preparing and distributing audit reports, summaries, and other relevant documents to clients and internal stakeholders * Tracking and reporting on communication metrics, identifying areas for improvement * Identifying opportunities to enhance communication processes and client interactions * Developing and implementing best practices for managing premium audit communications * Collaborating with the audit team to streamline workflows and improve overall service delivery * Ensuring all communications comply with company policies, industry regulations, and audit standards * Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of information provided to and received by clients * Addressing and resolving any client concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 3-5 years of relevant experience with an equivalent to High school diploma; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred * Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Attention to detail and accuracy in work * Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus **Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * Analytical Skills: Ability to review and interpret complex data and audit reports. Strong problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues * Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in reviewing audit reports and maintaining records. Thoroughness in following audit procedures and guidelines * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $26,900.00 to a maximum of $50,600.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
