With a competitive compensation package, including a salary range starting at $17.31/hour, commissions, and bonuses, your total compensation can reach up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+). Key Responsibilities - Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their eligibility for potential compensation, utilizing an automated dialer to manage high-volume calls - Engage with 40-50 callers daily, identifying 1-5 potential qualifiers and providing personalized support and guidance - Multitask efficiently, listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to ensure seamless customer interactions - Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals - Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts to ensure consistency and quality - Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices - Adhere to all arenaflex policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all customer interactions - Assist with special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team - Self-troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity Ideal Candidate Profile To excel in this role, you should possess: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and empathetically - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proven track record of building trust and rapport with diverse customer groups - Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations and provide solutions-oriented support - A competitive spirit, with a strong desire to achieve sales goals and contribute to team success - A willingness to work 40+ hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities Requirements To be considered for this opportunity, you must: - Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey, with a quiet, distraction-free workspace that meets arenaflex's technical requirements - Have a reliable, hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, and a 1.2 GHz or faster CPU - Have high-speed internet with a minimum upload speed of 100MBps (standard internet) - Use a reliable, wired noise-cancellation headset (e.g., gaming headset with mic/Logitech G432) - Have a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused customer service, with a minimum of 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience What to Expect As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect: - A comprehensive training program, with ongoing support and coaching to ensure your success - A dynamic, fast-paced work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development - A competitive compensation package, including salary, commissions, and bonuses, with potential earnings up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+) - Access to a range of benefits, including health insurance, vision and dental coverage, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) - Eligibility for overtime outside of the training period, with opportunities to earn additional income Work Schedule As a full-time Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will work a standard schedule of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
