About the Role

Main Responsibilities
- Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and more
- Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly, following all instructions and guidelines provided
- Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and more
- Participate in private chat rooms or online discussions to provide feedback and insights on the products being tested
- Use cutting-edge smartphone technology, such as MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology, to capture Point-of-Emotion insights and provide unparalleled depth of responses
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to follow specific instructions and attention to detail
- A curious spirit and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
- Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
- Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
- Honesty, reliability, and good communication skills
