Our team is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Responsibilities:** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Answering inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, disconnect/reconnect, payment arrangements, budget billings, making payments, processing trouble and outage orders, move-in/out services, and assisting with My Account (online accounts) * Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction * Working collaboratively with our team to achieve customer service goals and objectives * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge * Adhering to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and quality standards **Ideal Candidate Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Prior call center experience * Great attendance and punctuality * Excellent computer navigation skills * Ability to type minimally 35-40 WPM * Great communication skills, both written and verbal * Open to working overtime, including long hours, overnight, and weekends * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Adherence to a 20-minute daily break and 1-hour lunch schedule **Technical Requirements:** For remote positions, the minimum internet speed requirements are: * Broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up) * Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots) * Speed test results: 25 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload **Camera Requirements:** Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches). **Work Schedule:** * Paid training: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST (hours may be adjusted) * Hours of operation (following training): Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate: $15.00/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision, 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching, paid time off, and paid holidays * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge **Equal Employment Opportunity:** arenaflex provides equal employment opportunity for all individuals, regardless of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, status as a protected veteran, genetic information, status as a qualified individual with a disability, and any other basis protected by federal, state, or local laws. **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
