This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Work through tickets and handle each request with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction * Utilize Outlook and Teams to communicate with colleagues and vendors throughout the day * Switch gears quickly to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures * Detect errors using verifying procedures and make changes as instructed * Transcribe data from source material into computer-compatible format * Exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills to resolve routine problems * Proofread and edit own work, exercising some judgment in determining letter and report formats * Maintain records of data input and provide key support for functional groups * Make standard calculations to accurately compile and report statistics * Gather, compile, and verify information and enter it accurately into documents and office systems * Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Teams * Excellent attention to detail and data integrity skills * Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and vendors * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and switch gears quickly to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a data entry or customer service role * Familiarity with data program techniques and procedures * Basic reasoning skills and ability to exercise independent judgment * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and data integrity skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Basic reasoning skills and ability to exercise independent judgment * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills and careers.
