With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we strive to deliver exceptional results that drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Product Support, your primary duties will include: * Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.) * Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly * Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.) * Participating in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss products being tested * Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project * Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and following specific instructions **Requirements:** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Ability to follow specific instructions and maintain attention to detail * Excellent communication skills and a curious spirit * Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine * Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection * Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures * Honesty and reliability * Good communication skills * Age 18 or older **Benefits:** As a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Product Support at arenaflex, you can expect: * Very competitive pay rate of $45 per hour * Weekly pay * Flexibility to work around your own schedule * Opportunity to learn about an exciting industry * Telecommute (work from home, work, or school) * Most of the time, you can keep the product you tested **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
