* Sensitivity to clients' emotional needs, especially in the context of home cleaning
* Enthusiasm for meeting and exceeding weekly sales goals
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills
* Expertise in managing long sales cycles while delivering exceptional client service
* Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to seeing tasks through to completion
* Comfort in using web-based sales, scheduling, and client service applications
* A strong desire to learn, grow, and embrace new technologies like AI Sales Agents and AI Scheduling Agents
* Trustworthiness and integrity, delivering on promises whether someone is watching or not
* A love for both Sales and Marketing, understanding their close relationship
* A Bachelor's Degree
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Handle sales calls and convert them into scheduled cleaning services, constantly striving to meet weekly sales targets
* Build and maintain sales funnels to maximize conversion rates
* Oversee initial cleanings to ensure smooth operations
* Follow up with clients post-cleaning to convert one-time clients into repeat customers, resolving any issues with top-notch customer service
* Ensure client satisfaction through phone, text, and email communication
* Conduct digital marketing projects to boost lead volume, online bookings, and conversion rates
* Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics
* Must be a great scheduler. Support Employee Engagement Manager when needed
* Embrace the integration of AI technology into our sales and marketing processes
* Available to work full time on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 6:30am to 3pm, US CST time. Thursdays and Sundays are off

**Compensation:**
* Base pay ranges from $4 to $9 per hour, with significant growth potential
