**About the Position**
We're looking for a talented and ambitious Wholesale Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be a crucial part of our mission by resolving customer issues quickly and fully. You'll be the first point of contact for our wholesale customers, and it's essential that you know how to communicate kindly and effectively.

* Proficient with Google Docs and Excel, with experience with different CRM systems and best practices a plus
* Comfortable communicating with people via email, phone, live chat, and text, with a strong ability to adapt to different communication styles
**Your Responsibilities**
As a Wholesale Customer Support Representative, your responsibilities will include:
* Answering questions and educating customers about arenaflex products and values
* Managing inbound wholesale requests and organizing in CRM
* Order entry, preparing invoices, and tracking shipments
* Help resolve customer issues and billing issues as quickly as possible
* Keep customers satisfied by listening and figuring out what they really want
* Communicating with customers via email, phone, live chat, and text in a respectful, helpful manner at all times
* Staying on top of incoming calls and tickets at the same time (this also means: following up with customers, providing feedback, and seeing problems through to resolution, or escalating unresolved issues if necessary)
* Recommending ways to improve our support process, scripts, and tools
