All Jobs  >  Finance Data Analyst Fairway All Brands Page Apply Finance Data Analyst Fully Remote • Remote Apply Description   Position Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. This role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making across departments, improve efficiency, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities - Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity. - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. - Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. - Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, marketing, sales, etc.) to understand data needs and provide analytical support. - Develop KPIs and metrics to track business performance and measure the success of initiatives. - Use statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast business outcomes. - Identify opportunities to improve data processes, automation, and reporting efficiency. - Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related role. - Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.). - Experience with statistical analysis tools or programming languages such as Python or R. - Strong understanding of databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences. - Experience in the lawncare industry and experience with Real Green software is a plus. Preferred Skills - Experience working with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.). - Knowledge of financial, operational, or marketing analytics. - Familiarity with machine learning techniques or advanced analytics. - Experience in a high-growth or private equity-backed environment is a plus.
