What we offer - Competitive compensation - Attractive benefits supporting security, flexibility, and well-being - Engaging employee programs - Remote working options and home office allowance What you'll be doing - Analyze key financial areas such as funnel, bookings, backlog, revenue, expenses, cash flow, and balance sheet to support informed business decisions - Translate complex financial data into clear insights by building and using Excel-based financial models - Prepare components of monthly and quarterly financial results packages and management presentations that guide leadership decisions - Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting by developing, maintaining, and populating forecasting models - Work hands-on with company systems and tools, including ERP (Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), and other financial applications - Provide practical, data-driven recommendations that help improve business performance and financial outcomes - Perform ad-hoc financial and performance analyses to answer critical business questions - Prepare accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial reports What we look for - Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage - Several years of experience in accounting, financial planning, analysis, and reporting - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong financial modeling capabilities - Solid understanding of balance sheet and cash flow analysis, budgeting, and forecasting - Experience working with senior management and multiple stakeholders - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment - Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, accountability, and confidentiality - Motivation, ownership, and passion for delivering results and making an impact At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
