II need help with a small, one-time technical task on my Yelp business page.
Scope of work:
- Diagnose why two specific images will not upload to Yelp
- Resolve the issue (file size, format, color profile, metadata, etc.)
- Convert a 15-second Facebook Reel into a Yelp-compatible MP4
- Upload the video to the Yelp business page and confirm it displays correctly
Notes:
- This is NOT SEO, marketing, review management, or growth work
- I already have a Yelp business page and have successfully uploaded other images
- The issue appears isolated to two images only
- The video conversion itself can be done using readily available free online tools; I am hiring this out to save time and avoid trial-and-error, not because the task is complex
- I am time-constrained and looking for someone who can complete this efficiently
