– Providing excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving any issues
– Documenting patient information accurately in our system
– Verifying eligibility and benefits
– Following up with patients as needed to ensure satisfaction
– Adhering to all company policies and procedures
? *Requirements:**
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace for remote work
– Windows or Mac with an antivirus software and headset
– Good internet connectivity
