Requirements - Qualified candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience producing live events. - Experienced live and virtual event professional with agency-related experience implementing large scale, multi-faceted productions. - An active and participatory member of the team who understands when it is appropriate to lead and when it is necessary to listen. - A collaborative spirit with a “let’s get it done” attitude – understanding of prioritization and recognizing the importance of being a part of the team. - Ability to manage and lead multiple, sometimes competing, priorities and clients with finesse and efficiency. - An event strategist with an innovative and creative approach to not doing things ‘status quo’ – someone who loves to live OUTSIDE the box. - You’re cool under pressure, organized, and know what’s happening in all facets, at all times, and with all team members of your project. - You’re an excellent communicator – written, verbal – and you exalt calmness under pressure to your clients and teams during even the most high-stress of situations. - Your clients love working with you, your teams feel supported by you, and your supervisors have confidence in you. - Most importantly, you love events, you live for them, you understand that no two events will ever be the same, nor should they.
