I am looking for a reliable, creative graphic designer to support my business on an ongoing basis. I regularly need professional layouts for client-facing documents, but with a specific technical requirement: All deliverables must be fully editable within Google Workspace.
Scope of Work:
- Presentations: Creating and polishing high-end Google Slides presentations (pitch decks, webinars).
- Whitepapers & Documents: Designing professional Whitepapers and templates for letters and proposals using Google Docs.
- Social Media: Designing templates (LinkedIn, Instagram) that I can easily edit myself (preferably via Canva).
Branding: Ensuring all materials follow a consistent visual identity.
Requirements:
Expertise in Google Workspace: You must be a "power user" of Google Slides and Google Docs (using master slides, character styles, etc.).
Design Aesthetic: Clean, modern, and professional corporate design.
Editable Deliverables: I need to be able to change text and images later without specialized software (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus for the design process, but the end product must be in Google Workspace or Canva for Social Media).
Communication: We will communicate in English, but the final content in the designs will be in German (I will provide the text).
Workflow:
I will provide the raw content and a brief in English. You will create the design and layout. Since the final product is for the German market, you should be comfortable handling German text (copy-pasting) without losing formatting
