Job Description

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
