Home Stager / Design Assistant Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly efficient Home Stager / Design Assistant to join our creative team. You will play a hands-on role in bringing our staging vision to life, working closely with the Lead Stager to transform empty properties into styled, market-ready homes that make a lasting impression. This role is ideal for an energetic individual with a keen eye for detail who is ready to contribute to both the design execution and essential inventory management. Key Responsibilities • Design Execution & Styling: • Assist with all aspects of staging installations and breakdowns. • Execute the design direction on-site, including the precise placement of furniture, art, and accessories. • Perform soft styling (fluffing pillows, arranging accessories, textiles, and final touches) to elevate the finished look. • Logistics & Inventory Management: • Help pack, load, and unload furniture, art, and accessories for transport to and from properties, ensuring items are handled with care. • Perform weekly stock inspections, logging damage or cleaning tickets as needed, and coordinating repairs. • Maintain accurate pull/return sheets to minimize inventory discrepancies. • System Management (StageForce): • Accurately build and maintain all project details within the StageForce management system (statuses, inventory, granular details like accessories). • Ensure all inventory items are correctly tagged and entered into StageForce. • Upload walk-through videos to the system upon project completion. Required Qualifications • Strong eye for design and detail with a genuine interest in home staging, interior design, or real estate. • Highly organized and proficient with administrative tasks and data entry. • Ability to follow specific design direction and execute styling plans efficiently. • Physical ability to assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of furniture and decor. • Strong work ethic and willingness to maintain a clean, organized work area both on-site and in the warehouse. • Proficiency with technology and a willingness to master our StageForce inventory system. Qualifications: • · 2+ years’ experience in home staging, interior design, or a related field • · Skilled in applying scale, proportion, and trend-forward design sensibilities • · Proven organizational and leadership capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects • · Confident using social media—particularly Instagram—for brand storytelling and audience engagement • · Proficient in Skillora Workspace, Canva, Nexspire, and basic photo editing apps • · Hands-on, self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • · Able to lift light items and assist during stage setups as needed • · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Company DescriptionWe are a home staging and interior design company that not only specializes in beautiful design and furnishings but also handles furniture building, installation, and warehouse operations to bring every project to life.
