We currently have an opportunity for a HR Business Partner (Field Operations) - maurices to join our team located at our Corp Remote Locations-maurices-Duluth, MN 55802. Position Overview: The Field HR Business Partner serves as a strategic and tactical partner to Regional and District Leaders supporting multiple store locations.  This role focuses on talent management, associate relations, workforce planning and performance management while ensuring HR practices align with business objectives and company values. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with regional and district leaders to deliver HR solutions that drive performance, engagement, and retention. - Provide guidance on associate relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution. - Support workforce planning, staffing strategies, and succession planning for retail leadership roles. - Coach leaders on performance management, feedback and development. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. - Analyze people metrics (turnover, engagement, etc.) and recommend improvement actions. - Support management initiatives related to store growth, restructuring, or operational changes. - Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Field Experience and Total Rewards. - Partners with the Compensation Team to deliver competitive, equitable, and compliant pay programs that support retail attraction, retention, and performance. - Partners with leaders to foster an inclusive workplace that promotes belonging, values diverse perspectives and ensures equitable people practices. - Designs easy-to-use tools and resources that support frontline leaders in day-to-day people management including (hiring, coaching, performance management, etc. - Listens closely to leaders and stays connected to evolving retail trends to ensure HR support is timely, relevant, and aligned with business realities. Education/Skills and Experience Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required. - 3-5 years of HR generalist experience or experience leading multi-unit teams. - Experience partnering directly with leaders on associate relations, performance management, and talent planning. - Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship building skills. - Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. - Proven problem-solving skills including the ability to identify root causes and provide realistic, viable solutions - Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with frequent competing priorities. - Experience using HR systems and reporting tools is preferred.
